Gourmet Restaurant The years have had no effect on this fine address, launched by Tim Johnston and taken over a few years ago by his daughter Margaux. Here, we celebrate little more than Franco-British friendship, but above all a shared taste for festive food and drink. The regalade is built around a menu that's always appetizing and a delight to dive into: veal tartare au couteau, sorrel coulis, cuttlefish and celery tagliatelle with speck and parmesan cream, Clavisy rack of pork with fennel purée, brocoletti and orange and dill gremolata... Charming contemporary desserts (baba, rhubarb pannacotta, chocolate moelleux...). And everything we love is in the glasses, in keels, pitchers and 12 cl, a Giennois or a Carignan, a Clos de l'Ours or a white E Croce from Leccia.
