Gourmet Restaurant A bistro that stays put, embodying the bistronomic and trendy spirit of the eleventh arrondissement, with its sober interior and large window that makes you want to push open the door. The plates always have that energy that sets it apart from the others, according to the mood and the market; a black mullet crudo, spicy aguachile and beans, spaghetti cacio e pepe, a filet of duckling, grenailles, broad beans and flat beans, a chocolate ganache and cookie crumble.
