Chef's Restaurant In a well-ordered Japanese-Parisian career, at some point you have to go to Jin. It's an essential step towards a certain knowledge and recognition, that of having experienced an Omakase menu at €380 or €550 (the second is called Prestige...). Each of the eight seats at the counter has to be earned, as rarity generates the exceptional. For lunch, an introductory formula is available for €180.
