This is the chef we've come to meet today, and his plates of character, highlighting the terroir, in this house of long-standing reputation. A great intuition for seafood, always irreproachably fresh and treated with care. An exemplary welcome from Estelle, the chef's wife, in a chic, peaceful atmosphere.
