At the foot of the prestigious Condrieu vineyards and on the banks of the Rhône, the 4* hotel enjoys an exceptional location, which chefs Ludovic Mounier and Maxime Proia make the most of. On the magnificent terrace or in the glassed-in dining room, the landscape is omnipresent, as if announcing the journey... Discover lobster half-tail confit, seaweed and fennel condiment, shellfish emulsion, skrei poached in verbena broth, truffle risotto and herb fritters, roast pigeon fillets, cromesquis thighs, red shiso and beets, millefeuille paris-brest style. Dinner menus from €79 to €105. The cellar is obviously worth exploring, especially for local selections.
