Gourmet Restaurant The site, and this grand Norman manor house itself, have a lot of charm, overlooking the coast. And although the rooms are simple, they're not lacking in character to extend a romantic dinner. At the table, the focus is on the essentials, with oysters and seafood, sole meunière, grilled turbot and filet of Norman beef. The dining room has been modernized over the years, the service is attentive, the desserts (pavlova, fondant, apple tart) and the wine cellar classic.
