Gourmet Restaurant At the entrance to this magnificent village, the proud house sits overlooking the Dronne River, with its 3-star hotel, fine dining and pleasant terrace. Recently renovated, the establishment has entered the modern era without losing too much of the vintage charm that made it so elegant. At the beginning of 2023, the establishment welcomed a new recruit with the arrival of Sébastien Riou, former chef at Un Parfum de Gourmandise in Périgueux (14/20 in our last issue). To be continued.
