At the entrance to the village, this large hotel with swimming pool is a small haven of peace in summer, where you can enjoy the Ardéchois countryside and good, traditional cuisine. The house is best known for its ravioli gratin, Ardéchoise-style or with porcini mushrooms and bacon, but also offers other local recipes: assiette ardéchoise, chicken supreme with chestnuts, or nougat glacé. Daily menu at €17.50.
