In the heart of the village, Laëtitia and Rodolphe's beautiful hotel is the local meeting place, a fine inn for a stopover on the road, a small moment of pleasure, as much for the rooms as for the dishes of the new and promising young chef, Benjamin Henner: pressé of duck foie gras and seaweed chutney, low-temperature sea bass cucumber marinated in salt and agastache, hay-smoked veal, Baileys and beet in crapaudine. A good choice of wines from all over the Rhône Valley.
