Gourmet Restaurant A large inn in the heart of the Morvan, south of Autun, where you can make a stopover with common sense. Travelers across France all come here for a practical plate of market cuisine with a touch of fusion: squid and chorizo salad with kalamansi lemon vinegar, pan-fried Provençal prawns, green bean flan with combawa, lightly aniseed-flavored beurre blanc, briochette filled with pork cheek confit with gingerbread and baby vegetables. Menu €37.50.
