Gourmet Restaurant On the banks of the river and on the doorstep of the town center, this fine hostellerie, with its chef Patrick Dutartre, knows how to play finely with the terroir to make it its own in a contemporary way: rabbit porchetta with pistachios, farmhouse pig mignon in a millet-spinach crust with sage jus, strawberries and rhubarb with lemon mousse in a good, fair menu at €43. Great atmosphere created by the chef's wife and motivated, smiling staff, good regional wine cellar.
