Chef's Restaurant Marie Gricourt, who has worked with the best (Christophe Hay, Frédéric Anton, Éric Frechon and Guillaume Gomez at the Élysée Palace), has the means to achieve her ambitions. Her "family home" in the center of Orléans is a fine experiment, combining know-how and the idea of a local table, both warm and technical. The menu focuses on the terroir, with egg mayonnaise, celery remoulade and puffed buckwheat (world champion in 2025), braised beef, marrow, leek and pot-au-feu broth, scallops, potatoes, watercress and haddock, free-range guinea fowl, red cabbage, chestnut and albufera sauce, and grapefruit, pomegranate and lemon pavlova. Short, well-crafted cellar: Jacquesson, Les Poëte, Chidaine, Ogier, Bouzereau, Montez... Tasting menu at €55.
