Gourmet Restaurant In the gourmet heart of the town, Marie Gricourt - who worked for Éric Frechon and the Élysée, and whom we know well from her time as Christophe Hay's chef at La Table d'à Côté, in Ardon - leads a young team full of vitality for a quality revival: the women's team at the helm (around the chef, Maëlle and Maud, the pastry chef) and Dorian in the dining room create a wind of good fun in this bright, contemporary bistro setting. With a major focus on freshness and regional good sense, the andouillette de Jargeau, like a brioche sausage with blackcurrant coulis and beet condiment, the sea bream subtly refreshed with its tartare, Jerusalem artichoke coffee and onion broth, and the brownie with blackberry voile ganache, fresh blackberry and tagetes, create an invigorating meal that's already very close to 2 toques. The winery is also committed to natural viticulture (Noëlla Morantin, Stéphane Montez, Aurore Bachelet in Santenay).
