Gourmet Restaurant Part of the Rue de Seine Family group (Cosi, Freddy's, Semilla...), La Boissonnerie is the home of auteur cuisine, centered on the product and founded on an ethic of respect for the environment. The Belle Époque décor, with its magnificent mosaics, is an argument in itself, adding even more pleasure to the overall experience. Highlights include a new take on onion soup, sakekasu au gratin with beaufort and croutons, butter-roasted scallops with cauliflower purée and clementine condiment, confit of Auvergne pig breast, mashed potatoes with preserved lemon and mustard jus, and crème brûlée with woodruff.
