Chef's Restaurant The skies are clearing for Cyril Choisne, who sees the planets aligning quite well today, with no eclipse: the dining room is elegant, the clientele on hand, the neighborhood buoyant. His scrupulous, talented chef offers a short menu, with no extravagance, but a precision and finesse that are still on the rise: Breton langoustine "chrysalis style" passion in sweet and sour sauce, maigre de ligne cream of garlic and artichoke, Pyrenean lamb in a rosewood declination of roots and smoked jus. There are also two tasting menus (€94 and €134) and a takeaway menu at €43.
