Original Restaurant Behind Place Crillon, a small, friendly eatery that keeps up with the times with each new season, with a menu that's always well adapted, offering choice and low prices in a relaxed atmosphere: pastilla de saint-marcellin aux myrtilles, épaule de cochon confite jus aux cèpes, paleron braisé au cidre, fondant au chocolat noir glace vanille... A complete sequence around €45 à la carte, a small regional cellar (La Verrerie), backed up by a little trade and wine by the jug.
