A business that's still going strong in the heights of the town center, a warm and welcoming bodega with typical decor and recipes that emphasize tradition and local produce. Of course, there's the bellota, chorizo and roast pig's trotter, then the cod steak with chorizo sauce, Christian Parra's black pudding with two apples, and the prime rib of beef for two. Small Franco-Spanish cellar.
