Gourmet Restaurant Slightly out of the center of town, the restaurant nevertheless remains one of the best values in the area, a meeting place for special occasions, business and family gatherings. The chef's cuisine is based on products, in a rather classic style, but with tempting, graphic presentations, featuring melon flowers with sweet corn cream and crunchy pepperoni, salmon pavé with smoked butter and pea cream, shellfish jus, low-temperature veal, eggplant, Negresco-style tomato and mustard sauce. In the glass, the Rhone Valley is obviously favored.
