The country setting, the lovely shaded terrace, the Provençal house: all these assets come together in this abundantly flower-filled Domaine du Lac. It follows the trend with a classic cuisine of its time, without too many frills but carefully prepared: tomato burrata, tartar with pesto, orrechiete with piperade sauce, pluma de pata negra with carrot purée and port sauce, in a multiple-choice menu for €39.
