Gourmet Restaurant In a pretty house with charming beams, exposed stone and vaulted ceilings, suitable for both business meals and sightseeing walks, an interesting cuisine with a strong regional influence makes a fine stopover on the Route des Vins. Marie Schertenleib's cuisine is contemporary and focused, with regional and contemporary influences: Thai-style beef salad with lemongrass and ginger, guinea fowl supreme with grilled cured ham, tomato and mozzarella tatin, roasted apricots with rosemary, honey ice cream with toasted almonds. In the dining room, Thomas creates the right atmosphere and recommends local wines.
