On the outskirts of the Gironde, in this small village on the banks of the Dordogne, Laurence and Cédric run a charming country restaurant, putting a modern spin on classic dishes. The restaurant is intimate, with a small dining room opening onto a garden, where guests often enjoy a lively atmosphere. On the menu: crispy duck with curried squash purée and toasted hazelnuts; hake fillet, chorizo cream, rice with zucchini, Parmesan, and chorizo, a rack of black Périgord pork with chanterelles and a roasted peanut sauce, and finally, a clafoutis with stewed plums and Lorraine mirabelle plum ice cream. Over 160 wines in the cellar.
