Gourmet Restaurant Well-known throughout the city, this eponymous street counter is an excellent choice for a calibrated, regional experience. The setting plays on references, with old-fashioned advertisements and photos under the beams of this period house, wooden furniture typical of bistros, chairs and benches, and exposed stone for a rustic feel. The menu announces the classics: onion soup, croustillant de saint-marcellin, poultry liver cake with forestry sauce, frog quenelle with garlic cream, hot sausage with red wine sauce, Lyonnais cake. Cellar with fine references (G. Vernay, Bongran, Latour, Colombo, Clos de l'oratoire, Haut Brion...).
