The plates are well thought-out, with a bistro-style modernity that hits the mark: declension of tomato and strawberry espuma with basil-glazed burrata, duck effiloché en cigare polenta crémeuse jus de viande, tropézienne crème à la fleur d'oranger et prune, a sequence without false note for €44 on the daily slate, where no dish is banal.
