On Rue de Gand, storefronts come and go faster than the music, so we must pay tribute to those that stick around a while. This spot has been in our database for five years, and its longevity is due to professionalism at every level. The warm welcome, the service, and the menu—clever, trendy, and reasonably priced—contribute just as much to its success as its location: fish rillettes with fresh tomatoes, strawberries, and focaccia; pork tenderloin with siphoned sauce, smoked haddock, baby potatoes, and roasted vegetables, peanut Paris-Brest—you can eat very well for less than €40.
