Remarkable Restaurant Clément Guillemot is constantly reinventing himself around local produce, some of which he selects directly from his organic vegetable garden. A highly aesthetic approach draws the eye before appreciating the elegance and creativity of the cuisine. The gourmet stroll can take you on a journey, for example, with the twirling langoustines in red curry, or anchor you in the terroir with a surprisingly elegant cod pavé. We'll be tempted to try a little cognac with Choko-Gnac, a delicious chocolate and cognac pairing. The cellar built by Flora always offers some nice surprises and is the perfect accompaniment to this well-constructed cuisine.
