Philippe Molinié's bistro celebrates its 37th anniversary this year. A great success story for this chef, who discovered his vocation late in life and has built up a clientele that recognizes authenticity, kindness and empathy. Philippe has developed all these qualities over the years, and today he is handing over the reins to his son Mathis, who is modernizing the menu with ever more interesting ideas: beef chuck ravioli with creamy celery and truffle in red wine sauce, chicken karaage in teriyaki sauce, which has already become a signature dish, risotto verde with honey sauce or caramelized duck breast.
