The dining experience is elegant, and the finest ingredients take center stage: spider crab with watercress coulis and Isigny cream served with gnocchi, braised veal sweetbreads with tarragon and grilled orange-infused butternut squash, persimmon tasting paired with citrus sorbet—all on a menu that lets you choose your favorites.
