Chef's Restaurant It's a simple yet elegant table, a wise and sober house in a green setting between Nancy and Saverne. Bruno Poiré steers this family business with a deft, firm hand, and his repertoire is very much in line with this tradition of good taste: langoustine royale snackée meringue aux agrumes, raie bretonne persillée cornichon et chorizo, carré d'agneau rôti au thym citron et dariole provençale, abricots rôtis cookie moelleux sorbet agrumes confits. A fine menu in homage to parents ("Michèle et Serge") at €80, with a fine wine cellar covering all regions, with Alsace and Burgundy at the top.
