Gault&Millau's review 2025

Behind the church of Saint-Vincent de Paul, this long-established establishment still serves traditional cuisine with a focus on Brittany and game in season. The €48 menu offers a wide choice: good fish soup with chorizo, croutons and parmesan, country pâté with red cabbage compote, black pudding parmentier with smoked bacon sauce, Angus beef flank steak with red wine sauce... We also tried the garlic and parsley abalone, and the venison civet with a slightly disappointing purée and a well-made mont-blanc. Relaxed service, wine list to match.
