Gault&Millau's review2026
This is a typical bistro for friends and regulars, where you can enjoy an evening with a tempting wine list and heart-warming dishes. One might fear a little overplaying and artifice, but the welcome is sincerely warm and devoted, and the dishes don't lie. A good country terrine, a little fatty but tasteful, a well-confit beef cheek in red wine sauce with a grandma's mashed potato that's a little dry, a giant profiterole that's simple but honestly made with homemade choux pastry, across a menu that's a bit of a catch-all, but also reflects today's cravings, between household dishes, tataki, octopus carpaccio, truffle parmesan risotto and a burger. The cellar offers a good selection of wines from most regions, with pitchers and glasses provided.
