Gourmet Restaurant Alexandra and Fabrice's friendly 3* auberge has not only charming rooms, but also a welcoming table, where the chef recreates the finest local recipes. On the menu, a cold soup of asparagus and parsley frogs, black garlic mousseline, sweetbreads with crayfish and balsamic jus, seasonal vegetables, guinea fowl supreme with peas and gingerbread crumbs, yellow wine cream, chocolate hazelnut fleur de sel nougat, lemon basil cracker cabbage.
