An institutional bistro in the area, this Brittany hotel has seen generations pass down to Hubert's, who keeps the address alive with equal enthusiasm. The place welcomes a host of regulars, while future regulars discover the much-vaunted conviviality of the Breton countryside. Recently renovated, the establishment retains its popular spirit, which can be appreciated both indoors and out on the terrace, and the food is good and simple, in the bistro style: pink clams from the Glénan Islands, garlic butter emulsion, oysters from Penfoulic, blue lobster risotto, lamb from the Pouldon cove in Tréguennec, or a salted butter caramel millefeuille. A warm atmosphere.
