For its proximity to the arena, its beautiful Art Nouveau allure at the foot of a stone building, and for the wide choice on the slate that guarantees a plentiful clientele: snails, marrow bones, brandade, gardiane, cuttlefish with pistou, bull sausage and aligot, rum baba and homemade profiteroles.
