Gourmet Restaurant It's an institution that's been open since 1926, offering a typical, if not exemplary, Parisian brasserie experience. The décor is inspired by the restaurants of the Belle Époque, with a large counter and banquettes, staff in full dress and a menu in the purest tradition. On the menu, frisée with bacon, oeufs en meurette, oeufs mimosa with black truffles, Normandy-style scallops, cassolette of veal kidneys in Madeira sauce, crispy sweetbreads from Grandma. The desserts are a return to childhood, like the little pots of old-fashioned cream, or the vanilla seed millefeuille. Good service.
