Gourmet Restaurant On the sands of Ramatuelle, traditional addresses are gradually giving way to beaches that are transformed into nightclubs from 5pm. It's a paradigm shift that is bringing back some of the places where people still master the art of cooking fish and preparing a real bouillabaisse. At Camille, the waiters are there year after year, and they know how to prepare and remove the bones of fish dishes in front of you, with seriousness and a great deal of attention. When it comes to wine, this address escapes (for the moment) the pools of rosé and lukewarm champagnes. Let's hope it lasts.
