With a young team at the helm, this beautiful château near Bayeux and the beaches has a bright new future. The service is alluring, and the dishes prepared by young chef Victor Vrignaud are modern: mackerel à la flamme citron brûlé and fevette consommé de volaille nori, guinea fowl millefeuille of kohlrabi sorrel and black garlic, rhubarb and strawberry dessert by pastry chef Valentin Martin. All of which makes you want to come back to Sully, to taste this gentle countryside, with its well-mannered service.
