Chef's Restaurant This beautiful residence, built a century ago by a local industrialist, astonishes visitors with its Italian Renaissance-inspired architecture and its facade decorated with mythological paintings. The brothers Sylvain (cooks) and Frédéric Roux (sommelier) and their wives transformed it into a hotel in the mid-2000s, and today Château Blanchard is one of the leading addresses in the area. In these elegant, high-ceilinged rooms, you can celebrate major family events and invite your best customers, but above all, you'll discover fine regional and seasonal cuisine, personalized just enough to stand out: dormeur de casier en fine tartelette, ginger and coriander, canon de truite de fontaine confit à la flamme, creamy parsnips and blésotto before an pomme du Jarez confit au caramel, granny-smith au shiso and chocolate espuma.
