This 13th-century fortified house is now home to a fine restoration by Gennaro Cocozza, which combines France and Italy without a lack of taste. The interiors are appropriately decorated, in a contemporary style, and are consistent with the chef's plates, which declaim a revisited tradition, straddling the terroirs. À la carte: burratina with mango vinaigrette, seafood lasagne with shellfish, salmon and cod, beef Rossini, cannoli with chocolate cream. Smiling service.
