Original Restaurant Although its founder is no longer with us, his legacy lives on, remaining without doubt one of the prefecture's best-loved pizzerias. Its address on Place de l'Hôpital, just behind the Grand Hôtel-Dieu, is a must, with fine Sicilian recipes and real Italian pizzas: marinara, margherita, napoletana, romana, penne polpette alla siciliana, linguine alle vongole, penne alla norma, saltimbocca di vitello, tiramisù.
