A true downtown institution, just a stone's throw from the famous ENSAM, the café du center welcomes a clientele of both regulars and foreign tourists. Here, dishes are served at a steady pace, the daily menu is efficient, dishes are varied à la carte, and there's a good choice of wines by the glass or pitcher. The show is also in the dining room, and as if by magic, the noise level drops as the tables empty.
