Gourmet Restaurant Although this very central bistro doesn't pay frenzied homage to traditional French cuisine, with its burgers, bowls, Caesar salad, salmon linguine and other tourist dishes, the atmosphere, friendly service, wide range of dishes and the presence of a few local dishes (œufs meurette, quenelle de brochet sauce Nantua, andouillette 5A à la dijonnaise, charolais frites) make for a pleasant moment to recover from the emotions of the abbey visit.
