Gourmet Restaurant Just a stone's throw from the Halles Paul Bocuse, you can still find places like Café des Anges, where the vintage style of the decor matches the classic but sincere bistro dishes, and where everything goes fast, seated on the beautiful terrace: as soon as you order, the mimosa eggs with Espelette pepper and crudités arrive. This is followed by a hearty piece of pollack with a host of sun-drenched vegetables: bell pepper, eggplant, fennel, carrot, peas, cauliflower and a good basil pesto, petit épeautre and a discreet lemon cream. To finish, a compact but gourmet orange tarte tropézienne. Small, mainly regional wine list.
