Gourmet Restaurant Just behind the Halles Bocuse, a café that brings people together and takes them far beyond simple convenience. Cyrille Perrier, Maître-restaurateur, keeps the flame alive with sincere cuisine that doesn't settle for the basics: Bömlo salmon pavé with shellfish cream and lime polenta, Lyonnais sausage with reduced meat jus and pearl barley risotto, veal liver with parsley and gratin dauphinois, in Land or Sea formulas priced under €30. A toque this year.
