Gourmet Restaurant The galette experience works just as well in Bordeaux as in Rennes or Paris. A well-chosen location in the heart of the lively Chartrons district. The extensive menu offers a wide range of fillings, including home-made classics such as pastrami, andouille de Guéméné and organic salmon, as well as trendy presentations such as rolls. Oysters and daily arrivals complement the menu, and cider is served alongside glasses of Bordeaux, at €7 for both red and white.
