Gourmet Restaurant After the comptoir d'Ainay, Claire and Romain return to their little bouchon not far from the Palais de la Bourse. The restaurant combines traditional Lyonnais fare with classic decor, without going overboard with kitsch. The atmosphere is relaxed, with well-crafted dishes such as poultry liver cake with port sauce, crunchy Saint-Marcellin and roasted butternut, pike quenelle with étrilles bisque and gratin dauphinois, ravioli with cep and truffle cream, and praline tart. Menu €34. Regional cellar.
