Gourmet Restaurant The timeless, unchanging bouchon to which Lyonnais and tourists are so attached. Everything has been preserved, even the handwritten menu that makes you salivate in anticipation: hot lentil sausage, homemade poultry liver terrine, pike quenelle, andouillette with mustard sauce, chicken in vinegar, cervelle de canut, praline tart. And that's all there is to it!
