A venerable half-timbered Normandy house a little out of town, in a quiet setting, for a traditional stay. Chef Mickaël Héroux offers a classic menu with a few modern twists: spelt gnocchi with stuffed quail, quenelle with saffron sauce and fennel risotto with monkfish medallion, pear and tonka coulis with Cluizel chocolate palet. A good menu at €42, with all the essentials. Wine cellar with a small selection by the glass.
