Gourmet Restaurant A modern village bistro that welcomes tourists in season, but is lively all year round with its local clientele. Local produce is the inspiration for this chef's cuisine, which is a tad fussy, but pleasing, with ideas and well-crafted dishes: compression of pig's cheek with beet texture, seaweed tartar and nori vinaigrette, slow-cooked guinea fowl supreme with cepe apple fondant and cardamom potimarron, blueberry compote faisselle, poached quince with white chocolate and tangy tarragon cream cheese. Full à la carte menu at €29, lunch menu without choice, but with dishes from the à la carte menu, at €21. A decent selection in the cellar, with a small choice by the glass and a selection of spirits and liqueurs, including a VEP chartreuse.
