Chef's Restaurant In the old fishermen's quarter of Le Pollet, this restaurant has remained unchanged and unchanged for years. Here, the catch is good and the spirit frank, with recipes from today as well as yesterday. Start gently, with a whelk salad, for example, and make a hearty commitment to the day's arrival, beautifully prepared: sea bass with herring caviar, saint-pierre with baby vegetables, or rib-eye with pepper for a meaty craving. Everything is meticulous, the service natural and professional, and the Muscadet at €24 or the wine in a carafe will suffice, in a cellar without much appeal.
