Gourmet Restaurant The winning formula of cheesy cuisine accompanied by good wine has found a modern edge here, with an evocative menu that retains a few good house principles, such as the Tour de France in 10 cheeses, which can be placed at the start of a meal to be shared, as a warm-up, before attacking the croque-monsieur with brillat-savarin and foie gras or the Echourgnac creuset, a bit like a raclette, melted cheese, charcuterie and potatoes; vanilla pannacotta or tiramisu for dessert.
