Gourmet Restaurant Jean-François Lucchese's Les Trois Pastoureaux is undoubtedly part of the Dunois landscape, an image of a cuisine that was new in its day, still calling on local producers and respecting the seasons. The Gourmet menu at €37, served by the chef himself, who seems to do everything in his house, is a great way to appreciate the chef's cuisine at a lower price, with, for example, a plancha-grilled pollack, mushroom risotto, Provençal emulsion and parmesan tuile, or a real pastry chef's dessert with strawberry millefeuille and light pistachio cream. The cellar is cleverly built around some of the region's best-known names, such as Patrice Colin from the Vendôme region.
