Gourmet Restaurant Cannes' oldest restaurant remains a must in the Suquet district, an old traditional inn with historic charm, both bourgeois and warm. The elegance of the house, with its stonework, moldings, white tablecloths and beautiful fireplace, bears witness to the eras it has lived through. You'll enjoy traditional Mediterranean cuisine, with eggplant alla parmigiana, rockfish soup with saffron pistils rouille, a generous four-hour lamb mouse in its own juice, creamy polenta with grana padano and thyme, or a dome of white chocolate mousse, caramelized chestnut slivers and chestnut ice cream.
