Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of Suquet, this Provencal inn immediately catches the eye, with its typical appearance. It's old stone, a warm terrace and a rather bourgeois interior, where a classic, well-executed vision of the local repertoire unfolds. The menu includes clafoutis of fresh goat's cheese, spinach, honey and hazelnuts, onion soup, wood-fired specialties such as coquelet and fillet of beef, veal osso buco with tagliatelle à la genovese, and crêpes Suzette flambéed in the dining room. Prices a little high.
