Pascal and Maxime's charming inn, just outside Monsalvy, a small town full of character, has the privilege, in addition to its leafy façade and welcoming dining room, of offering guests the fine, tasty cuisine of a chef who knows how to choose his produce and renew his menu according to what arrives at the local market. Fillet of turbot embeurrée with leeks, stewed veal with morel mushrooms accompanied by truffade and desserts with inventive associations and character, just like the otherwise minimalist plates. A fine wine list and friendly service.
