Not far from the Grand Ballon, a relaxing and serene inn on a hillside. The setting is pleasant, at an altitude of 700 m, and the cuisine exudes fresh air and sincerity. The Kornackers offer a comfortable family atmosphere, with snails, munster turnover, trout with almonds, surlawerla or sauerkraut. And if you're thinking ahead, order the baeckeoffe 24 hours in advance. A good "Terroir" menu for under €30, and a regional wine cellar.
