Near the station, this is a well-known address in the area, for its bourgeois charm that lends itself to all occasions, especially the best ones, and its fine semi-gastronomic cuisine, which finds its reputation in the rigor of its executions, and in the modernity of its alliances. This venerable institution is holding its own, and chef Philippe Bélot is staying the course, with a tartare of smoked salmon, artichoke and lemongrass, tuna tataki with lemongrass and sautéed noodles, a sweetbread apple with juniper, fennel and mascarpone, or a pavlova with red fruits. Good cellar selection, especially organic.
